An adverb describes how a verb is done.
Just like adjectives describe nouns, adverbs describe verbs.
We will see adverbs of manner (e.g. how, well, better, easily) and adverbs of place (e.g.
when, where, whence, whither)
Adverbs of manner describe or ask how a verb is done.
We can make adverbs of manner in Hungarian by starting with an adjective and adding endings.
For example:
- gyors quick
-
gyorsan quickly
